Maria Alejandra Galindo Canedo has an extensive and recognized experience advising operations in the energy, oil & gas industry, regarding all aspects related to its operations in Bolivia, including negotiations of Natural Gas Purchase and Sale Contracts, both to Brazil and Argentina, Transportation Contracts, Operations Contracts, and Service Contracts obtaining and renewing authorizations and permits from regulators and Controlled Substances in the corresponding authorities. She has maintained outstanding participation for more than twenty years in the Hydrocarbons Industry in Bolivia. She has been a member of the Staff of Petrobras Bolivia S.A. for almost fifteen years and more than four years in Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos, being Director in both YPFB ANDINA S.A. and YPFB CHACO, participating in negotiations and decision making.

In addition to her extensive experience in the hydrocarbons sector, Maria Alejandra Galindo has excelled in her professional career by providing advice and analysis of Risk Sharing Agreements, corporate and regulatory advisory, as well as participation in public bids. She also participated as a Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) based in Washington D.C. in the Retirement Department of South America & Caribbean and the Legal Department of Human Resources.

Besides her broad and outstanding experience in the hydrocarbons sector, she has extensive experience in corporate matters, banking, executive processes, and family matters.
